How to Make Cornbread Muffins with Guava

Bestanddele
- 375 g (3 koppies) alledaagse meel
- 200 g (1 koppie) gegranuleerde suiker
- 165 g (1 koppie) Quaker geel mieliemeel
- 30 g (2 eetlepels) nie-aluminium bakpoeier
- ½ teelepel kosher sout
- 1-½ koppies heel melk , kamertemperatuur
- 113 g (1 stok) steek ongesoute botter vas , gesmelt en afgekoel
- ½ koppie avokado-olie of enige neutrale-gegeurde olie
- 3 groot eiers , kamertemperatuur
- 14.1 oz Koejawel-pasta , in blokkies gesny of ¾ koppie koejawelkonfyt (sien notas)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the top of a muffin pan and fill each cup with a paper liner. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
