For The Biscuits:
- 2 koppies all-purpose flour , in maatbeker geskep en gelyk gemaak

- 1 teelepel suiker

- 1 koppie vars gerasperde skerp Cheddarkaas
- 1 koppie karringmelk (sien nota)

- 3 eetlepels ongesoute botter , gesmelt
- ¼ teelepel knoffelpoeier
- 1 / 4 teelepel ui poeier
- 1 eetlepel gedroogde pietersielie of fyngekapte vars pietersielie

- Voorverhit oond tot 425ºF en plaas 'n rek in die middel. Voer 'n 13x18-duim-bakplaat met perkamentpapier uit.
- Klits meel, mieliestysel, bakpoeier, koeksoda, sout, suiker, gegranuleerde ui en knoffel in 'n groot bak saam.
