- Sudu Aiskrim Besar atau Dua Sudu
Ramuan
For The Biscuits:
- 2 cawan tepung serbaguna , disudu ke dalam cawan penyukat dan diratakan

- ½ sudu teh baking soda
- 1 sudu teh garam kosher
- ½ sudu teh bawang putih berkrim

- 1 cawan susu mentega (lihat nota)
Untuk Topping:
- 3 sudu makan mentega tanpa garam , cair
- ¼ sudu teh serbuk Bawang putih
- 1 / 4 sudu teh serbuk bawang
- 1 sudu makan pasli kering atau pasli segar yang dicincang halus

- Panaskan ketuhar hingga 425ºF dan letakkan rak di tengah. Lapik loyang 13x18 inci dengan kertas parchment.
- Dalam mangkuk besar, pukul bersama tepung, tepung jagung, serbuk penaik, soda penaik, garam, gula, bawang besar dan bawang putih.
- Masukkan ketulan mentega. Menggunakan pemotong pastri atau dua pisau, potong mentega ke dalam bahan kering sehingga kelihatan seperti pasir kasar dengan beberapa gumpalan mentega sebesar kacang. Sebagai alternatif, anda boleh sapu mentega ke dalam adunan dengan hujung jari anda.

When reheating, bake frozen or refrigerated biscuits at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or microwave briefly. Avoid overheating to maintain their texture.

Unbaked biscuits can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. When you're ready to enjoy them, there's no need to thaw them beforehand. Simply bake them for a slightly longer duration than the usual baking time.
For baked biscuits, allow them to cool completely before placing them in the freezer. When ready to consume, let them thaw at room temperature. To reheat, preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and warm the biscuits until they reach the desired temperature.
