A cikin babban tukunyar da ba a daɗe ba, haɗa madara, ɗanɗanon kajin bouillon, da mayonnaise; kawo a tafasa. Yin amfani da spatula na katako, sannu a hankali fara haɗa gari yayin da ake motsawa akai-akai da ƙarfi a cikin cakuda madara don samar da kullu mai laushi har sai ya fito daga kwanon rufi.
Juya kullu a kan mahaɗin tsayawar lantarki wanda aka haɗa tare da abin da aka makala kuma a doke har sai siliki da santsi (kimanin mintuna 5 akan matsakaici-ƙananan gudu).
A madadin, za ku iya canja wurin kullu zuwa fili mai laushi kuma ku kwaba shi da hannu yayin da yake dumi amma ba zafi har sai ya yi laushi da santsi, kimanin minti 8 zuwa 10.
Fasa kullu a cikin murabba'i mai ma'ana. Yanke kullu cikin guda 6. Mirgine wani yanki cikin igiya mai kauri mai inci ⅓. Yanke igiyar cikin guda ⅓-inch.
Danna kullu ɗaya da ƙarfi tare da babban yatsan yatsa a kan allon gnocchi ko duwawun cokali mai yatsa, mirgina kullu yayin da kuke ja tare don ƙirƙirar siffar harsashi. Ci gaba da sauran kullu, kurkura taliya da gari kamar yadda ake bukata don hana dankowa.

- 1 babban karas , yankakken yankakke
- 6 sabo ne tumatir , aikata kwalliya
- Gishiri Kosher da barkono baƙi ƙasa
- 5 cloves tafarnuwa , an nika
- 16 yanci (0.6 kg) baby Bella namomin kaza ko farin namomin kaza da yanka
- Oza guda 28 na iya niƙa tumatur
