Yin amfani da mahaɗin tsaye wanda aka haɗa tare da abin da aka makala na filafili ya doke man shanu da sukari tare a kan babban gudun har sai da santsi da kirim, kamar minti 3. Rufe sassan da kasan kwano tare da spatula na roba kamar yadda ake bukata.
Ƙara kwai 1 a matsakaici-maɗaukakiyar gudu, bugun da kyau bayan kowane ƙari. Na gaba, ta doke a cikin tsantsa vanilla. Rufe sassan da kasan kwano tare da spatula na roba kamar yadda ake bukata.
Cire kwanon hadawa daga tsayawar, ƙara fulawa mai tasowa mai tasowa, kuma a hankali ninka tare da spatula har sai an hade (kada ku yi aiki da kullu!)

Mirgine sauran kullu a kan wani wuri mai ɗanɗano, a yi shi cikin da'irar, sa'an nan kuma yanke ciyayi na bakin ciki don yin zane a saman saman tart.

Sinadaran
- 400 g ( Kofuna 3 ) na gari mai tasowa
- 400 g Guava Manna ko dulce de leche * (zaka iya amfani da duk wani ɗanɗanon 'ya'yan itace da kake so).
- 1 babban kwai , zafin dakin
- 1 babban gwaiduwa , zafin dakin
- 1 Tebur vanilla tsantsa
- 200 g (1 kofin) sugar granulated
- 200 g (sanduna 2) man shanu mara gishiri, mai laushi
Umurnai
- Yin amfani da mahaɗin tsaye wanda aka haɗa tare da abin da aka makala, doke man shanu da sukari tare a kan babban gudun har sai da santsi da kirim, kamar minti 3. Rufe sassan da sama da kasa na kwanon tare da spatula na roba kamar yadda ake bukata.
- A matsakaicin matsakaici, ƙara kwai 1 a lokaci guda, bugun da kyau bayan kowace ƙari. Na gaba, ta doke a cikin tsantsa vanilla. - Cika da dulce de leche ko manna guava ko abubuwan da kuka fi so (idan kuna amfani da dulce de leche ko guava paste, microwave 10 seconds a lokaci guda har sai da santsi da yadawa).
- A jujjuya sauran kullun a kan wani wuri mai fulawa, a yi shi cikin da'ira, sannan a yanke ƙullun na bakin ciki, a yi amfani da su don yin zane a saman saman tart.
