How to Make Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Preheat the oven to 350°F and set an oven rack in the middle. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with unsalted butter. In a medium bowl, stir the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, kosher salt, and ½ cup of the chopped pecans.
Break up the eggs in another bowl with a whisk, then mix the milk and vanilla until well combined. Finally, add the milk mixture to the oat and melted butter.
Scatter 2 cups of the blueberries evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the oatmeal mixture over the top and spread it evenly.

- 1-⅔ cups of whole milk or low fat
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted, plus more for greasing the baking dish
