Easy Passion Fruit Smoothie with Sweetened Condensed Milk

How to Make Passion Fruit Smoothie

Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.

Add the passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, and cachaca (if using) to a blender. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender. You can add more ice cubes for a thicker and creamier consistency. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, add more ice cubes or a little water to thin it out. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and consistency as needed by adding more condensed milk or ice cubes.

Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing Passion Fruit Smoothie!

    Notes

    How to Store
To store in the refrigerator, transfer the smoothie to an airtight container and place it in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 24 hours. Before drinking, give it a good stir or blend it again to incorporate any separated ingredients.
    Make-Ahead
You can pre-measure the ingredients and store them in separate containers in the fridge until ready to use. You can also blend the smoothie in advance and store it in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. However, remember that the smoothie may separate or change in texture if stored for too long. To prevent this, stir the smoothie or blend it again before serving.
