If you love sweet, velvety, latte-style drinks, you’ll love this easy Café Cremoso recipe! It’s only 3 ingredients, and you can make it hot or cold! I used NESCAFÉ CLASICO for my recipe, my go-to brand to make Frappés & other Cold Coffee Variations!
How to Make Café Cremoso

Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer set to a low setting to whip the mixture continuously for about 10 minutes
*(If you don’t have a hand mixer, it can be whipped by hand; know the process takes a little longer, about 20 to 25 minutes. Good luck!) The mixture will begin to turn a lighter color and thicken as you keep whipping it.
Once the mixture has reached a thick (I mean so thick that it will not drop off the spoon if turned over), light and fluffy consistency, and is a golden brown color, it’s ready.
Store it in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to three months. Don't worry; it won't harden; there is no need to defrost to use it!😉
How to Make Coffee
Fill up a glass with your choice of milk *(hot or cold, with or without ice), add a generous dollop of the Café Cremoso, and adjust to your liking. Mix well before drinking. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Customize this drink by adding some cinnamon, nutmeg, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla, etc., into the bowl with the coffee before whipping.
- You need to use instant coffee for this recipe.
- The amount of instant coffee or sugar can be adjusted to suit individual taste preferences.

- ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ cup hot water
