How to Make French Vanilla Creamer

Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.

To make French Vanilla creamers, you'll need half and half or whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and pure vanilla extract. Combine all three ingredients in a mixing bowl or a liquid measuring jug and whisk or blend until thoroughly combined.

If you're using a blender, blend on low speed for a few seconds until everything is mixed. Once mixed, transfer the creamer into an airtight container using a funnel if needed. Store the creamer in the fridge and use it whenever you're ready.

    Equipment

    • Measuring cups
    • Mixing Bowl
    • Whisk
    • Funnel

    Ingredients

    • 1 (14 oz) full fat condensed milk
    • 1-¾ cups half-and-half or whole milk
    • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract

    Instructions

    • Combine all 3 ingredients in a large mason jar. Shake vigorously. Stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Enjoy!

    Notes

    How to Store
Transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the fridge. The creamer will stay fresh for up to one week. When stored in the fridge, the creamer may separate slightly, so give it a good shake or stir before using. Discard the creamer and make a new batch if you notice any spoilage, such as a sour smell or mold growth.
    Make-Ahead
French Vanilla Creamer can be easily made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for future use. To make ahead, follow the recipe as usual and transfer the creamer to an airtight container. Store the creamer in the fridge for up to one week. When ready, give it a good shake or stir to recombine any separated ingredients. This make-ahead option is perfect for busy mornings or when you want a convenient and delicious creamer. Just pour it into your coffee, and you're ready to go!
    Notes
    • Nondairy milk, such as soy, coconut, or almond milk, can be substituted if desired.
    • If you want the coffee creamer to be more diluted, add another 14 oz. of milk.
