- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup, to taste (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon Saigon cinnamon , plus for garnish
- Ice cubes , to taste
