How to Make Coffee Ice Cubes
Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.
Brew a pot of coffee using your preferred method. You can use regular or decaf coffee, depending on your preference. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, or chill it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about ¾ of the way full. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
Once the coffee ice cubes are frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and gently tap it on a hard surface to release the cubes.
Store the coffee ice cubes in a resealable plastic bag or container in the freezer until ready to use. Add the coffee ice cubes to your iced coffee for a refreshing and flavorful twist. You can also use them to cool down hot coffee without diluting the flavor.
