How to Make Honey Sriracha Steak Kebabs
Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.
Cut the beef into 1 ½ to 1 ¾-inch cubes and place them into a large mixing bowl. Add all the marinade ingredients into the bowl and toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator in an airtight container or a sealable plastic bag and allow marinating for 1 to 2 hours.
In the meantime, soak wooden skewers in water. Cut the red onions into quarters and separate each into 3 or 4 sections; once the meat has been marinated, loosely thread 3 or 4 pieces alternately with onion sections on skewers.
Sprinkle both sides of the meat and onion with honey sriracha seasoning. Spray a wire rack with nonstick cooking spray; set the rack in a sheet pan. Place all the Steak Kebabs on the prepared wire rack, and broil Steak Kebabs on high for 12 - 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
(May need to cook for a few more/fewer minutes to the desired doneness). Alternatively, you can grill these Steak Kebabs; preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place on the grill and cook, with lid, lowered, for 2 to 3 minutes per side, 8 to 12 minutes in all (8 minutes for rare and 12 for medium). Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Pair with our Chopped Garden Salad with Creamy Lime Buttermilk Dressing.

Notes
- Reheating in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the steak kebabs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
- Reheating on the stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the steak kebabs and cook for 5-7 minutes, occasionally turning, until heated.

- Marinating: You can marinate the steak in the Honey Sriracha Seasoning for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. This allows the meat to absorb the flavors and makes it more tender.
- Skewering: After marinating the steak, you can thread the meat and onions onto the skewers and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours before grilling or broiling.
- Storage: Once the steak kebabs are skewered, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you cook them.
- Cooking: When you're ready to cook the steak kebabs, remove them from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes before grilling or broiling.
