How to Make Papaya Smoothie

Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.

Start by peeling and removing the seeds from the ripe papaya. Cut it into chunks. Make sure the papaya is fully ripe for the best flavor and sweetness. Add the papaya chunks to a blender. Add 3 cups of whole milk to the blender.

Add ¼ cup of sugar to the mixture. You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your taste preferences. If the papaya is very sweet, you may need less sugar. Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender. The ice will help make the smoothie cold and refreshing.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If you want a smoother consistency, blend it for a longer time. Taste the mixture and adjust the sugar if needed. You can add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.

Once the smoothie is well-blended and the sugar is dissolved, pour it into glasses. Serve the papaya smoothie immediately, garnished with a papaya slice or mint leaves if desired. Enjoy your homemade papaya smoothie!

It's a great way to enjoy the natural sweetness and health benefits of papaya in a refreshing drink.
