How to Make Nutella Brownies 3 ingredients

Note: The full instructions are provided in the recipe card below.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup pan with cooking spray or line it with muffin liners. In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Nutella and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if using.

Whisk in the eggs until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the Nutella mixture and continue to fold until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into each muffin liner, filling them about ¾ full. Add 1 teaspoon of Nutella to the center of each muffin. Sprinkle each brownie with chopped nuts or top with an almond each.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean. Then, remove the muffin pan from the oven and allow the brownies to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Note: Baking time may vary depending on your oven, so checking the brownies after 18 minutes is a good idea to ensure they don't over-bake.

    Notes

    How to Store & Reheat
To store: Nutella brownies, let them cool completely to room temperature first. Once cooled, wrap the brownies tightly in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container. You can keep them at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
To reheat: You can microwave them for 5 to 10 seconds, but remember that they may become slightly soft and gooey. If you want to enjoy the Nutella Brownie cold, take them out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature before serving.
    How to Make Ahead
Nutella brownies are a great dessert to make ahead of time for parties, gatherings, or a sweet snack throughout the week. Once you've baked the brownies, allow them to cool completely to room temperature before wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap or storing them in an airtight container. You can keep the brownies in the refrigerator for up to a week if you plan to serve them soon.
When you're ready to serve the brownies, remove them from the refrigerator or freezer and let them come to room temperature. Warm them up in the oven or microwave for a few seconds to restore their fudgy texture. With the ability to be made ahead of time, Nutella brownies are a convenient and delicious dessert option for any occasion.
    How to Freeze
Wrap each Nutella brownie tightly with plastic wrap, making sure to cover the entire surface of the brownies. Place the wrapped brownies in a freezer-safe container or a plastic bag, removing as much air as possible. Label the container with the date and contents. Freeze the brownies for up to 2 months.
To thaw the brownies, remove them from the freezer and let them come to room temperature in their wrapping. This should take 1-2 hours. Once the brownies are thawed, you can unwrap them and serve them at room temperature or reheat them in the microwave as described in the previous answers.
