    Notes

    How to Store & Re-Heat
To store the coffee glaze, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to one week. The glaze may thicken as it cools, so it's best to reheat it before using it again. To reheat the coffee glaze, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and then transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan. If using a microwave, heat the glaze for 15-20 seconds on high power, stirring every 5 seconds until it reaches the desired consistency.
    Make-Ahead
The coffee glaze can be made and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. This makes it a convenient option for busy mornings or when you need a quick and easy topping for your baked goods. To make the glaze ahead of time, follow the recipe instructions and let the glaze cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the glaze to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
When you're ready to use the glaze, take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. You may need to reheat the glaze as it will thicken and solidify in the refrigerator. Follow the earlier reheating instructions to warm the glaze to the desired consistency.
Having the coffee glaze ready in advance can save you time and make adding a delicious coffee flavor to your baked goods easier. Enjoy the convenience of having this versatile glaze on hand whenever needed!
