Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups ( 16 oz) fresh blueberry puree plus more for serving
- 1 cup granulated sugar , adjust to taste
- 8 cups filtered water
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the fresh blueberries until smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids or seeds. In a large pitcher, combine the blueberry puree, fresh lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
