    Notes

    How to Store & Re-Heat
To store: Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight container. Store the container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat:  You can reheat the tea in the microwave by placing it in a microwave-safe container and heating it in 30-second intervals until it's warm. Before serving, taste the tea and adjust the sweetness or acidity as needed by adding more honey or lemon juice.
It's important to note that the flavor and aroma of the tea may weaken over time, so it's best to drink it fresh if possible. If you want to make a larger batch of tea, you can double or triple the recipe, but be sure to store it properly in the refrigerator and reheat it gently to avoid overcooking the ginger and lemon juice.
    Make-Ahead
Follow the recipe instructions to complete the lemon ginger tea. Let the tea cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight container. Store the container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, reheat the tea on the stove or microwave until warm. Add a slice of lemon and a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
By making the tea ahead of time, you can save time and have a refreshing and healthful beverage ready whenever needed. Store the tea properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain its flavor and quality. You can also double or triple the recipe to make a larger batch of tea for entertaining or sharing with friends and family.
