If you love coffee and ice cream, you need to try an affogato! This classic Italian dessert mixes hot espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, creating a delicious blend of hot and cold, bitter and sweet.
The hot coffee slightly melts the ice cream, making a creamy, rich treat.
