How to Make Agua de Jamaica

In a pot, add 4 cups of water and the flower of Jamaica and bring it to a boil for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
Remove from the heat and let it cool at room temperature. Strain the water through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and reserve the flowers.
Add the remaining water and sugar and mix well. Refrigerate until cold.
Serve cold with ice and garnish with lime, if desired. Enjoy!

- 12-16 cups of water (Depending on how concentrated you like)
- 1 cup sugar or Monk fruit Sweetener , to taste
- Ice , to serve
- lime for garnish

Notes
- Too strong? Just add more water until it reaches the flavor that you like.
- You can use the Jamaica flower again; only the water will be lighter and not so concentrated.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
