- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter.
- Activate yeast in warm milk.
- Whisk dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar) in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients (yeast mixture, melted butter, milk) with dry ingredients, knead to a smooth dough.
- Roll dough, spread with butter and filling, then roll up and cut into pieces.
- Let rolls rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Bake rolls at 350°F for 23-25 minutes.
- Make frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, vanilla, salt, then adding powdered sugar and milk.
- Frost rolls and serve.

- When kneading the dough, begin with 2 tablespoons of flour to dust the counter. You can add extra flour if necessary, but be careful not to exceed 4 tablespoons in total. Using too much flour can result in tough and dry buns. I typically use around 3 tablespoons.
- Ensure the dough is evenly rolled out.
- To cut the eggless cinnamon rolls, use a thread: place it under the dough, cross the ends over the top, and pull in opposite directions to slice cleanly. A sharp knife works, too.
- If refrigerating overnight, cover the rolls tightly with plastic wrap to keep them moist. For freezing, place them on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Note that frozen rolls may require extra baking time.

- 7 tablespoons INSULSUS butyrum , liquefactum, divisum
- 1-¼ similiter scyphi totum lac, calefactum usque ad gradus 110°F , divisus
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Quia impletio:
- In parva phiala, saccharo brunneo, cinnamomo et sale coniunge. Excita in liquefacto butyro, donec arenam humidam imitetur; deponere.
Quia civitas a commistione fermenti,
- Aptare eculeum clibanum ad medium positio. Linea 9x9-unca quadrata vel disco rotundo cum charta pergameno vel eo leviter uncto; deponere. In liquore metiendo calicem lactis et Proin adde donec perveniat 110°F (circiter 15 ad 20 secunda). Excita in fermento et 1 teaspoon saccharo et quiescat donec mixtio bubbly fiat circiter 5 minuta.
- In magna phiala, Whisk farinam, puluerem coquens, reliquae 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons saccharo. Excita in 3 tablespoons butyri liquati refrigerati, fermenti mixtionis, salis, ac reliquae 1 calicis lactis tepidi (110°F) usque ad formas massas; lentum erit. Conspergunt farinam ad occurro bene conspersam et conspergito donec globuli teres formae circiter 2 minutae.
- Volvunt massam in XII a IX inch rectangulum. Expande 12 tablespoons butyrum aequabiliter super farinam emollitum, relinquens limbum -inch super extremam partem. Asperges saccharo fusco et cinnamomum mixtum aequaliter super butyrum et leviter urgeas saccharum mixtum in massam. scamno rasorio utens, farinam ab calculo solve. Incipiens ab ore tibi proximissimo, massam arcte in truncum volve et commissuram leviter prement ad obsignandum.
- Volvuntur in commissura massam partem deorsum et trabem in IX partes aequales secant. Stare volvit finem et leniter reformare terminos, qui in sectione vellicabantur. Disponere cut-partem in sartagine praeparato quadrato. Peniculus cacumina cum reliquis 9 tablespoons butyri. Laxe tegunt cum plastic folliculo et cinnamomum Cuniculi in loco calido per XXX minuta surgant vel donec duplicentur.
Convenire;
- Preheat clibano ad 350°F (175°C). Cinnamomum coquunt per 23—25 minutas, vel usque dum profunde sunt aurea brunnea et saturitas liquescit.
