How to Make Avocado Bread

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9"x 5" Bread Pan with parchment paper or butter and flour and set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the self-raising flour and baking soda.
Add the avocado flesh, lemon juice, sugars, and honey, and blend until completely smooth in a stand mixer bowl fitted with the paddle or whisk attachment. Beat in eggs one at a time until incorporated; add the vanilla and milk and beat until combined.
Now, gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients whisking until well combined. Pour into the prepared bread pan and bake the avocado bread for 40 minutes, turning the pan halfway through baking. Let cool the Budin de Aguacate for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy our Avocado Bread!!!

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs , room temperature
- ⅓ cup sour cream , light cream, or whole milk, room temperature
- 1 avocado , ripe
- 7 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 7 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
