This no-cook pizza sauce is full of flavor and couldn’t be easier to make. Using simple ingredients like canned tomatoes, garlic, and a mix of seasonings, it’s the perfect base for any homemade pizza.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, granulated garlic, Italian seasoning, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes, oil, and basil.
If using canned plum tomatoes, either pass them through a food mill with a coarse disc or pulse them briefly in a food processor with quick on/off bursts.
Let the sauce sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend, or use it immediately.
