Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (907 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered (about 5 cups)
  • 2 (7.6 oz each) cans Nestlé Media Crema (table cream)
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons sugar or sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberries: Hull and quarter the strawberries, then place them in a large bowl.
  • Mix the cream: In a separate bowl, stir together the media crema, sugar or sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla (if using) until well combined and smooth.
  • Combine: Pour the cream mixture over the strawberries and gently mix to coat.
  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before serving. Enjoy cold.

Notes

Storage: Keep the peach with cream mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Make Ahead: Prepare it 1 day in advance and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld together.
Freezing: I don't recommend freezing.
