Notes

How to Store
To store in the refrigerator, transfer the smoothie to an airtight container and place it in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 24 hours. Before drinking, give it a good stir or blend it again to incorporate any separated ingredients.
Make-Ahead
You can pre-measure the ingredients and store them in separate containers in the fridge until ready to use. You can also blend the smoothie in advance and store it in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. However, remember that the smoothie may separate or change in texture if stored for too long. To prevent this, stir the smoothie or blend it again before serving.
