Notes

Make-Ahead
To make an Iced Latte ahead of time, you can prepare the espresso or strong coffee and store it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. You can also prepare the milk and sweetener mixture and store it in a separate container in the refrigerator. When you're ready to serve, fill a tall glass with ice, pour the chilled espresso or strong coffee over the ice, and add the milk and sweetener mixture.
Shake the container again to froth the milk, then pour it over the coffee and ice. Finally, spoon the milk foam on top of the glass, and garnish with any additional flavorings or toppings. By preparing the espresso and milk mixture ahead of time, you can save time and enjoy a delicious Iced Latte without the hassle of brewing and frothing each time. Store each component separately and refrigerate until you're ready to use them.
Notes
For a frappe version, place it in the blender and add coffee ice to taste until you reach the desired consistency.
