How to Make Whole Wheat Banana Scones

- 375 g (3 calices) farinae triticeae tota, coclearia, librata & cribrata
- ¼ calicem, lux vel brunneis sugar , Referta et diruta
- 1 tablespoon pistoria pulveris
- ½ teaspoon kosher salis
- 12 tablespoons (1-½ haeret) non sale butyrum, in frusta concisum
- 1 magna valde matura musa, mashed
- 2 ova magna , locus temperatus
- ½ tablespoon pura vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon patet vanilla seu pura vanilla extract
- ¼ calicem, grave crepito, butyrum, vel totum lac, plus ad lavandum
- 125 g (I poculum) pecans vel nuces cocto, concisi
Nam Mel Musa Glaze:
- ¼ mel
- ¼ aqua
- ½ teaspoon pura Musa Extract

For the Whole Wheat Banana Scones:
- Pone butyrum triplicatum in scutella et pone illud in freezer per 15 minuta. Preheat clibanum 400 °F. Linea pistoria cum charta pergamenae. In media phiala, ovum Whisk, cremor gravis, musca musca, vanilla clara, et vanilla usque ad composita. Omitte.
- In phiala cibi processus cum laminae affixo aptum, legumen cribrarum, saccharorum, coquendi pulveris, salis, et aromatum, donec componantur. Frigidum butyrum adde in processus cibi et leguminis tantum, donec frustula pisi magnitudine circiter XX secundis remaneant.
- Transfer ad crateram magnam et fac puteum in centro. Humida ingredientia in puteum infunde et cum furca misce, ingredientia arida paulum temporis incorporandi, donec villosi massae formae (bene si massam parum aridam viderit, modo non laboret, aut sconae erunt. lenta!)
- Tip the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet. Flour your hands and pat them into an 8-inch circle. Cut the dough into 8 equal triangles and freeze them for at least 15 minutes. Spread the banana scones out on the baking sheet and brush with a bit of heavy cream. Bake the Banana scones until a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean, 18- 20 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool for about 1 hour.
Nam Mel Musa Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, place the honey and the water; simmer until the honey dissolves completely and thickens a bit, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the banana extract. When the banana scones are cool, brush the banana glaze on top of each scone and wait about 15 minutes for the glaze to set and serve. Enjoy!
