While Chinese Beef Chow Mein is an easy dish made with obviously very few humble ingredients, there is something special and unique about the way the flavors harmonized, so simple yet so flavorful.
One of the things my husband and I love the most about Beef Chow Mein is that it's very versatile, and you can switch the ingredients to fit your taste or pantry.

How to Make Bubulae Chow Mein

Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse with tap water, drain, and set aside.
(I recommend cooking the noodles 1 minute less than the package recommends, they’ll be a bit underdone but will be perfectly cooked once stir-fried in the sauce).

- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing vinum,
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon allium granulatae
- ¼ teaspoon terram nigrum piperis
Ad salices:
- ½ calicem, aqua calida cum Knorr granulatum pullum sapidum bouillon vel Knorr bubulum saporis bouillon
- 2 tablespoons ostrea condimentum
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing vinum,
- 2 tablespoons soy liquamine humilis sodium
- 1 tablespoon fungus sapidus fuscus soy liquamen vel liquamen obscurum soy
- 1 tablespoon saccharo
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne piper piper nigrum, vel piper rubeum, ut gustu
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Fry enim turbatio:
- 4 tablespoons susicivus virgo olivae oleum , canola, eros, vel oleum vegetabile
- 1 parva cepa , divisa
- 1 poblano piper vel aliqua campana piper Conscidisti in bracteas
- 1 tablespoon tritum gingiberis
- 2 caryophyllis allium , tritum
- 3 scallions Conscidisti in II -inch pieces
- ½ calicem, aluminis Napa brassica
- ⅓ calicem, julienned sit amet
- Kosher sal & rubrum piper incanduit , degustare
Instructions
- Coquite noodles secundum involucrum instructionum usque ad al dente. ICTUS aqua accende intus stupam, exhaurire, et sepone. (Condo noodles coquendo 1 minute minus quam sarcina suadet, paulum subictum erit, sed perfecte coctum semel excitabit-frixum in liquamine).
- In media phiala, omnia marinade medicamentis coniunge. Marina in cella temperies pro 10 ad 15 minutas dum reliquas ingredientes parat.
- In parva patera, Whisk omnia condimentum ingredientia. Commovere, componere. Concidunt aromata et olera abjiciunt. In magna caldario non stick pone calorem ad medium altum calorem; II tablespoons olei ad caldariam adde, et expecta oleum ut incalescat. Oleum erumpens, lorica utrinque inclinato.
- Celeriter bubulam adde et frusta ad unum tabulatum extende permittens eas ad 1 ad 1.5 minutas circiter et fuscas.
- Flip alterum latus coquere pro 1 ad 1.5 minuta, interdum agitando, donec bubula leviter ambusta sit, intus vero leviter rosea. Transferre ad laminam.
- Adde eandem caldariam ad caminum et converte ad medium excelsum calorem. Reliquas 2 tablespoons olei coque addis cepas, carrosas, et piper. Saute pro 2 - 3 minutis, vel usque ad rigidas teneras.
- Adde gingiber, allium, Napa brassica, caepe viridis. Excita aliquoties odorem dimittere.
- Adde bubulam et noodles in caccabum; condimentum reservatum da concita noodles celerem et perfunde. Utere forcipe iactare noodles ut lorica liquamine. Iactare donec liquamen incipit crebrescere et bullire incipit. Gustus et tempus magis soy, si opus fuerit. (Cognosces Sinenses Bubulae Chow Mein tuum factum cum condimentum fit color obscurior, translucens et crassus). Omnia simul iacta donec cum liquamine penitus componantur et illud circiter 1 minutum move-fry. Bubulae Chow Mein transfer ad laminam servientem. Servite calidum! Frui cum quibusdam purus oleum!
Notes
