Ingredients
  

  • 240 mL mayonnaise
  • 60 mL chili sauce
  • 20 mL ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 38 g minced onion
  • ¾ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 28 g drained sweet pickle relish
  • ½ Hard-Cooked Large Egg , finely chopped or pushed through a sieve
  • Salt , as needed
  • Ground black pepper , as needed
  • 5 mL lemon juice , or as needed

Instructions
 

  • Combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, hot sauce, onions, garlic, relish, and eggs in a medium bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for use.

Notes

Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before using.
Make-Ahead: Prepare in advance and refrigerate; flavors improve after a few hours.
Freezing: Not recommended.
