Raspberry lemonade is a refreshing beverage that blends the classic tartness of lemonade with the sweet, tangy flavor of ripe raspberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice , strained
  • 10 oz. ( 2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries , plus more for serving
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar , adjust to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree the fresh raspberry until smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids or seeds. In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, fresh lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Add the filtered water to the pitcher and stir until well combined. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving, or serve immediately over ice.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover raspberry lemonade in a covered pitcher or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before serving, as natural separation may occur.
Make Ahead: While raspberry lemonade is best enjoyed fresh, you can make it up to 1 day in advance and keep it refrigerated. For the best flavor, stir again just before serving and add ice at the last minute.
