This Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait is as delicious as it gets—perfect for those times when you're craving something irresistibly sweet but want to skip the oven.🍓
226g(8 oz) of full-fat cream cheese at room temperature
1tablespoonorange liqueur, such as Gran Gala or Grand Marnier
10ml(2 teaspoons) pure vanilla extract
66g(½ cup) powdered sugar or granulated sugar
240ml(1cup) heavy cream
500g(3 cups) fresh strawberry
14g(1 tablespoon) light brown sugar or granulated sugar
Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in the bowl of a food processor along with 1 tablespoon of sugar and puree them. Set aside.
Combine the cream cheese, liqueur, vanilla, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or hand-held electric mixer. Beat on medium-high speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Using a rubber spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the heavy cream and beat on low speed, then increase the speed to high, beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
How to Make Assemble
In 8 dessert cups, assemble the parfaits by adding a layer of cream cheese mixture to the bottom of the glass.
Next, add a few spoonfuls of the strawberries puree on top of the cream cheese mixture and then another layer of Cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
Repeat layers until the serving glasses are full. To finish off, top the Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait with a spoonful of Cream cheese mixture. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Enjoy!
