Notes

How to Store & Re-Heat
To store: Transfer it to an airtight container, and seal it tightly to prevent air exposure. Place the container in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to one week. It's important to note that the vinaigrette may separate or solidify in the fridge. If that happens, allow it to come to room temperature and then give it a good shake or stir to re-emulsify the ingredients before using.
To reheat: When it comes to reheating the vinaigrette, there's no need to do so as it is typically served cold. When you're ready to use it, remove it from the refrigerator and give it a shake or stir to ensure all the ingredients are well combined. Enjoy the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette's bright and fresh flavors on your salads, grilled chicken, or any other dish you desire. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
Make-Ahead
To make Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette ahead of time, combine ¾ cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil, 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, 1-½ teaspoons kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and 2 small garlic cloves, roughly chopped in a food processor or blender. Process the ingredients until smooth.
Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning if needed. Once ready, you can immediately serve the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
