This Easy Italian Herb Rice is a simple side dish recipe that’s ready in just 20 minutes. Made with onion, garlic, sun-dried, butter and Italian Seasoning, make this easy dish loaded with flavor and perfect to accompany any meal!

  • Melt the butter in a 3-quart saucier over medium heat. Stir in the onion, decrease the heat to low, and sweat until the onion is translucent and aromatic for 3 to 4 minutes. Increase the heat to medium and add the rice.
  • Cook, frequently stirring, for another 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the knorr chicken flavor bouillon and pepper to taste, and add the warm water. Add the minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook for 7 to 12 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Remove the Italian Herb Rice from heat and leave the pan covered for 5 minutes.
