Notes

How to Store & Reheat
  • To store: To store the Cinnamon coffee, transfer the remaining coffee to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat: When reheating, pour the desired amount of coffee into a saucepan and heat over low to medium heat until hot. You can also reheat the coffee in the microwave by pouring it into a microwave-safe mug and heating it on high for 30-second intervals until hot. However, it's worth noting that coffee tastes best when consumed fresh. Therefore, making only the amount of coffee you need is recommended, avoiding storing it too long.
Make-Ahead
Preparing cinnamon coffee can be a convenient way to enjoy a warm and delicious cup without going through the brewing process every time. To make cinnamon coffee ahead of time, brew the coffee as per the recipe instructions, ensuring that the coffee grounds and cinnamon sticks are fully saturated in hot water. Once the coffee is brewed, transfer it to a thermal carafe or an insulated container to keep it hot.
The prepared cinnamon coffee can be stored in the carafe or insulated container for 2-3 hours without losing flavor or aroma. When you're ready to serve the cinnamon coffee, pour it into your coffee mug and enjoy. It's important to note that coffee tastes best when consumed fresh, so it's recommended to make only the amount of coffee you need and avoid storing it for too long.
