  • Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely.  Pour into a jar and seal tightly with a lid; keep it in the refrigerator for 1 month.

How to Store & Re-Heat
To store: Simple syrup can be stored in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month. However, it is essential to let the syrup cool to room temperature before transferring it to the container and refrigerating it.
