How to Store
To store Chipotle Mayo, transfer it to an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week. Ensure the container is clean and dry before transferring the Chipotle Mayo to prevent contamination.
Make-Ahead
You can make Chipotle Mayo ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use. It's also best to allow the flavors to meld together for at least an hour before serving, so making it ahead is recommended. To make ahead, prepare the Chipotle Mayo as directed in the recipe and transfer it to an airtight container. Store the container in the refrigerator until ready to use. The Chipotle Mayo will thicken slightly as it chills, so you may need to stir in a little water or lime juice to thin it out before serving.
