Ingredients
  

  • ½ (approximately 2 full cups) fresh ripe papaya, cut into chunks *(seeds removed)
  • 3 cups of whole milk
  • ¼ cup of sugar or to your taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice , to taste

  • Blend the papaya and sugar in a blender until smooth, then add the milk and blend again. Pour the Papaya smoothie over ice into a glass and serve. Enjoy!
