Ingredients
  

For the Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil , optional
  • 2 tablespoon hot chili oil , to taste
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar , to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of hot chili oil. Whisk the Sauce until well combined.Enjoy!

Notes

How to Store 
Transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week. After refrigeration, the sauce may thicken or separate, but stir it or bring it to room temperature before using it again.
Make-Ahead
