Servings 8 16 oz Glasses

Ingredients

  • 6-½ cups 2% milk
  • 3-½ tablespoons Nescafe Clasico Dark Roast , For a stronger taste add more coffee; for milder, add less.
  • 4 tablespoons light brown sugar , adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • Whipped cream , optional
  • Caramel sauce , as needed
  • Ice , as needed

Instructions

  • Add the milk, vanilla extract, light brown sugar, and instant coffee in a blender, and blend until well combined and smooth. After blending the frappe, let it sit for a few minutes. The foam will naturally rise to the top and start to settle.
  • Drizzle Caramel sauce in 8 (16oz) cooler glasses. Fill it with ice and pour in the coffee mixture. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of Homemade caramel sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

How to Store
While it's not recommended to store leftover Caramel Frappuccino, you can make the coffee mixture and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Then, when you're ready to enjoy your Frappuccino, blend the chilled coffee mixture with ice until smooth and creamy, then top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
This is an excellent option if you want to prep your Frappuccino in advance for a busy morning or to serve at a party or gathering. However, note that the texture and taste may not be as good as the freshly made drink, so it's best to consume it as soon as possible after blending it.
Make-Ahead
To make the Caramel Frappuccino ahead of time, blend 2% milk, Nescafe Clasico Dark Roast coffee, light brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Store the coffee mixture in the refrigerator. Also, make and store the caramel sauce separately. When serving, drizzle caramel sauce in glasses, add ice, pour the pre-made coffee mixture, and top with whipped cream and more caramel sauce. Enjoy your pre-prepared Caramel Frappuccino anytime!
Notes:
  • This recipe is best made right before serving because it is a frozen drink.
  • I do not recommend storing or freezing leftovers.
  • You can use any dairy or nondairy milk, however, full-fat dairy will produce a creamier and richer drink.
  • Homemade caramel: You can use store-bought caramel sauce if you desire.
