Add the milk and whisk the cornstarch in a small pan until completely dissolved. Place the pan over medium heat and stir until it reaches a slow boil. The cream will thicken, so be careful not to let it stick to the bottom.


Lower the heat and cook for a few more minutes until you reach the desired thickness. Pour the cream into a heatproof glass bowl and transfer it to the refrigerator to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.


Once cooled, place the cream in a blender, add the unsalted butter, and blend until creamy and silky, about 5 minutes. That's it!😉 Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
