  • In a large mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, vanilla, sugar, and water into a clean bowl, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Now, using a hand mixer with the beater attachment, beat the ingredients together for about 5 to 10 minutes until the mixture turns from foamy too creamy to a stiff peak (meaning that when you lift the whisk out of the whipped coffee, the peaks hold their shape. If the peaks fall over, keep whisking for another minute or so).
  • Scrape down the side of the bowl as needed. Once you've reached your ideal stage of stiff peak cream, it is ready to use as desired or transfer to a tightly sealed container and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Don't worry; it won't freeze!😉 Enjoy!

How to Store & Re-Heat
The whipped coffee mixture can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Then, when ready to use it, please give it a quick whisk to fluff it up again before serving. If you have any leftover Dalgona Coffee that has already been mixed with milk, it's best to consume it immediately. If you want to store the whipped coffee mixture for a more extended period, transfer it to a tightly sealed container and freeze it for up to 3 months. When ready to use it, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and give it a quick whisk to fluff it up again.
Re-heating Dalgona Coffee is not recommended, as it may cause the whipped coffee to lose its fluffy texture and the milk to separate. Instead, making a fresh batch of whipped coffee each time you want to enjoy this delicious drink is best.
Make-Ahead
Dalgona Coffee is best enjoyed immediately after making it while the whipped coffee is still fluffy and the milk is at its optimal temperature. However, if you want to make it ahead, you can do a few things. You can prepare the whipped coffee mixture in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Then, when you're ready to serve, spoon the mixture onto your milk and stir to combine.
