Instructions
In a pot add 4 cups of water and the flower of Jamaica and bring it to a boil for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature. Strain the water through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and reserve the flowers. Add the remaining water, and sugar, and mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve cold with ice and garnish with lime, if desired. Enjoy!

Too strong? Just add more water until it reaches the flavor that you like.
You can use the Jamaica flower again; only the water will be lighter and not so concentrated.
