  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar or Honey ( to taste)

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Pulse, then blend until smooth.
  • If needed, you can always adjust the thickness with more milk to thin it out a little. Pour into a glass and serve cold. Enjoy!

Notes

How to Store
Pour the leftover shake into an airtight container. Seal the container tightly and store it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to drink the shake, give it a quick stir or shake to recombine any separated ingredients.
Make-Ahead
While it's best to consume the Paraguayan Avocado Shake immediately after blending, you can make the shake and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. To do this, blend the ingredients together as directed in the recipe, then transfer the shake to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to drink it.
When you're ready to serve the shake, give it a quick stir or shake to recombine any separated ingredients, and pour it into a glass. Remember that the shake may thicken or separate slightly when refrigerated, so you may need to add a splash of milk and blend it again to restore the original texture.
