This Healthy Apple Granola is a delicious way to start your day. It is packed with nutritious ingredients such as oats, dried fruits, and nuts. I added Apple chips for a delicious twist and ground cinnamon and pure vanilla extract for a hint of spice and extra flavor. In addition, because it’s sweetened with honey, it’s ideal for a morning breakfast or snack; feel free to tweak it to your liking to create your perfect blend.
